Welcome to Sunside Peru. The terms and conditions governing our relationship with customers using our services are set out below. By booking a trip with Sunside Peru, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Reserves and payments:

Reservations and payments are made through the payment gateway “Mercadopago”, after making your reservation and payment the company staff will contact you by email.
Remember that you can make a modification of your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of your tour by sending an email to info@sunsideperu.com with your details and selected tour.

Cancellations and refunds:

Cancellations by customers up to 24 hours before the tour start will have a 90% refund of the payment, minus 10% for administrative expenses.
No refunds will be made after 24 hours prior to the tour start.
To request your refund you should send an email to info@sunsideperu.com with your details and tour booked. The refund lasts between 1 to 10 days.
Sunside Peru reserves the right to cancel a trip in exceptional circumstances, such as natural disasters or unforeseen situations. In such cases, a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip will be offered.

Responsibility of the customer:

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he or she has the necessary travel documents, such as valid passports and visas, before departure. Sunside Peru is not responsible for problems arising from the lack of required documentation. Customers are responsible for their own travel insurance, which must include medical, cancellation and accident coverage.

Limitation of liability:

Sunside Peru acts solely as an intermediary between customers and service providers, such as hotels, airlines and local tour operators. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, delay or expense incurred during the trip, whether caused by negligence, acts of third parties or any other circumstances beyond our control. By using the services of Sunside Peru, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. We recommend that you review them carefully before making any reservation.
